"This 2 story rental villa has a great view of Volcan Arenal from the second story. It overlooks a farm with elephant grass used for grazing animals. The location is about 2 km south of the center of La Fortuna, so a car is necessary. It is close to several of the tour outfitters that do canyoneering and rafting. It is initially hard to see on your first visit (look for the Sapiens sign on Ruta 702) because the group of 3 houses are set 70 meters south of the road and accessed via a thin 1 lane...

"Our drive there took longer than expected so we were exhausted when we arrived! It was so clean and had all that we needed to relax. The hot tub was a bonus as we were sore and tired and the view is beautiful! I definitely recommend this place!"

"We loved everything about our stay here. Check in was easy. The house was clean on arrival. Was stocked with everything we may need. Everything worked well including washer and dryer. The best part was the back patio and the view (when the clouds break) along with the sounds of nature. Loved the location. Definitely need a car if staying here but a short 5-10 minute drive and you are in the heart of La Fortuna. I would definitely stay here again!"
