Ferieudlejning i Saint Albans District

"The suite was dirty with large clumps of dust under the tables, behind the doors and beside the beds. The sofa was stained and torn. The washing machine smelt moldy. We notified the host that the floor was dirty and she sent the cleaner a second time. The floor was nearly exactly the same with huge clumps of dust and hair after the second cleaning. The host offered to send the cleaner again, but we were half way through our stay and the second clean had done nothing. Our bags were covered in...

"The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly. A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button. The shower door needs a bit hard push to lock and avoid water came out. Overall is satisfactory! If a mirror added inside door the wardrobe, it would be...

"Horrible. Somehow it showed up as booked even though we were both certain we booked another place. Middle of nowhere. We walked out as soon as we had another place booked. Needs deep cleaning for example outlets obscure by beds and nobody has ever cleaned under the bed."

"I and my family had an amazing stay in the apartment. The apartment is very clean, Host was very welcoming, amenities were wonderful, communication was very effective and efficient. Even when I reported an item that was accidentally broken by my husband, the host took it simply and was more concerned that my husband was not hurt by the incident. She is such an amazing person. I will definitely use the apartment again whenever am around and I highly recommend it to any customer looking for a...

"Excellent communication with the host. Fabulous location!"

"I stayed for one night in a double room. The room was very spacious and even had its own kitchen. The staff were lovely and answered my emailed questions very quickly. The hotel is close to the Piccadilly underground line, which made it really easy to get to Heathrow Airport"

"God vejledning fra ejerne. "

"Fint stort værelse. Pænt og rent. Rigtig god beliggenhed. Kan anbefales."
