"Be aware of this listing and property! it is not accurate at all. We booked a room and got a totally one, not to mention it wasn’t even the same location ! Listing pictures look like AI versus reality! Secondly there is spiders inside crawling which we had to kill ( big spiders ). Also waken up by construction on the property that started at 7am . Unacceptable! Beware."

"If you do stay in one of the properties this guy owns do NOT give him cash! He is a scammer, asked us to pay him cash because according to him he had not received payment from Vrbo/HomeAway and our pending charge on our credit card would be removed. He charms you with good customer service and seems trust worthy but DO NOT GIVE HIM CASH! We've been trying to get a refund for almost a year now and Vrbo hasn't done anything about it either! Will be reporting them to the BBB as well because they...

"Very cozy place! It was very cute and we loved the back porch. Very communicative hosts. Clean. Great location. 5 min walk to dock, grocery store, and restaurants. However because it’s so central in town, it can be noisy at night. Loud cars/bikes and sirens. The biggest short fallings of this place are that it takes at LEAST 10 min for the shower to warm up and that there is no central air conditioning. The hosts have a fan set up in the bedroom upstairs, but that’s it. This made sleeping...

"The property is excellent. The host Laura and the manager Levin went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciate their flexibility and help in our late arrival and check out as well. The only thing I would say is that the hike up to the house from the church is a challenge. They have clearly stated that but what I was not ready for was the unclean and unhygienic conditions of the path to the house - there is sewage and trash everywhere - if you can ignore that it was all great."

"PROS: VIEW Cons: The listing is heavily misrepresented. This is a multi-unit complex called Baba Yaga with zero privacy; grounds crews work on paths all day and the glass villa has no curtains despite existing rods. The villa lacks basic habitability: broken microwave, unanchored sliding fridge, no utensils, broken toilet, loose insecure door knobs, and wide gaps in doors. With no window or door screens, it gets dangerously hot, but opening doors invites severe bug infestations. The map...
