"A quaint little cottage overlooking a great location, a little smaller than we are used to, but manageable. We saw the photos of the front door with the step steps, but we assumed that there would be a back door entrance, but unfortunately not, so a struggle getting our luggage and a slightly disabled person up and down the stairs. But overall it was good."

"once figured out the entry system, everything was fine to get in and out. takes some practice initially. heater worked especially good throughout the house, fresh fruit and coffee capsules provided was a nice touch also. unfortunately the coffee cups are too small for the machine though. speaking of small, world's smallest bathroom basin in ensuite, rather awkward. tower fan in master bedroom was welcoming, and plenty other gadgets/appliances provided we didn't need at the time. super steep...
