Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to the historical area of St Augustine with lots to see and do. Great place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. "Well equipped. Tv set up to stream on Roku which is what we use. Nice big shower and free standing tub. Very convenient to restaurants and concert venue. "
