"This property is charming and the owner clearly put thought in the decor. She was incredibly responsive, left clear instructions, and had humorous labels explaining the door and light switch too. We had plenty of toilet paper, cleaning supplies for dishes etc, and even laundry supplies! The location was superb with everything we wanted within minutes of our location. "

"My wife and I stayed at the cottage for our anniversary and it was perfect. Elaine and her family have worked hard to make this a truly special place. The property and amenities are majestic and the pictures don't do it justice. We stayed out late watching the stars in the hot tub, what a treat! We too are VRBO hosts and as a host, Elaine does a fantastic job!! Well above what most hosts do! Thank you Elaine! We'd absolutely love to come back!"

"Brittany was an amazing host from start to finish. She was always quick to reply to any msgs or questions we had. The house lovely was very clean. The tea that was provided was an amazing surprise as my daughter had devolped laryngitis the day of our arrival, and this was such a homey comfort!"

"Clean and accommodating. The house was near a very busy road (Houston Lake ), so traffic noise was an issue. We did have a very entertaining evening watching the 3 police vehicles stopping one car after another for speeding. This lasted a couple of hours.The location was perfect for our needs-we were 15 minutes away from the fairgrounds and the route to the fairgrounds was easy.If anything,I would recommend expanding the porch are at the back of the house as the back yard was big and quiet."
