"Good"

"Hotel Heritage is an old run down house that does not match the pictures posted on Expedia, VRBO and other platforms. The furniture was old and dirty. The sofa had a big stain on it, the cloth bedframe in one of the bedrooms was severely frayed, the desk chair had peeling plastic, and the tiles in the kitchen had broken corners and some were loose. There was a big sticky mess on the counter in the kitchen. The rugs were dirty and the whole place looked grungy and run down. It smelled...

"The Cozy Casa was amazing! Great location, clean, and fairly priced!"

"Convenient location and prompt attention by host to questions or concerns."

"I absolutely love staying at this cabin. My 2nd time staying and I look forward to staying again. It was spotless, the linens were of excellant quality. It provided everything we needed to cook with, it was a full service kitchen. Plenty of space to gather and visit with friends and family. So peaceful and Joe was awesome with communicating, checking g in on us if we needed anything. 5 star plus plus. L. Cash"

The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay perfect, which we especially appreciated given the stress of the Aspen Acres fires at the time. Their communication was incredibly prompt and friendly. The home itself is a paradise for families—there are so many great activities that both the kids and adults were fully entertained. It's nestled in a quiet neighborhood with very welcoming neighbors. We would absolutely love...

"Very nice house. Really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would have like to see was an information book with WiFi, cleaning, etc instructions."

"Really kind people very easy to come in and out the place was clean everything workedThe host and his staff were very attentive and even let me check in a little bit early as I got confused flying in from the East Coast as to what time it wasIt’s not a short walk into the center of town, or I would’ve given the the location five starsAnd ignore the bad reviews. I don’t know what people expect at this price level, but my guess is they’re pampered rich white folks who aren’t used to seeing anybody...

"We hosted a Christmas for 13 of us. The spaces were very large and clean. The host was fast with communication and even put up a small Christmas tree for us to enjoy out time together. "
