"Hosts are very accommodating and prompt with replies. Perfect for our needs when visiting our som who is a college student here."

"It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was very comfortable for the two of us. Darius was very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed."

"Like the locatio. Very clean and nice. Free parking"

"Authentic loft style accomodation in a quiet neighborhood close to amenities and historical highlights. Simple and easy parking and clear instructions for entry when we arrived. Had all the amenities we needed. Bedrooms large and each had a small desk and room to lay out clothing. Full length mirror was a bonus and both rooms had air conditioners and TVs. Kitchen setup was great. Great bathroom with adequate lighting, fan, and high water pressure. For anyone with mobility or knee issues you may...

"It was perfect for our trip. Thank you for a wonderful visit!"

"The host was very responsive! It is a quiet and secure location with a large gate at the entrance of the driveway. Traveling alone, I felt safe and secure. It was very clean. It is a basement apartment with a separate, private entrance. Minutes from downtown, hospitals and Roger Williams Park. "

"Let me start by saying this is the cleanest VRBO I have ever rented! The property is beautiful and spacious, it is walking distance to the historical downtown area with shops, restaurants and views. The building itself is historical and amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable! Jennifer is very accommodating and communicated right away when needed. She was wonderful, we will be back and we will be trying for any of her properties again! One of our best Vrbo experiences by far!"

"This place was so clean, stylish and comfortable! The location was great, walkable to lots of local cafes and restaurants. Easy access to highways too. The host’s communication was great too. I traveled with two of my kids (teenagers) and they loved it too. Would definitely book again."

"everything it says it was."

"This review is strictly based on my personal experience staying at this Rhode Island apartment. The listing is accurate regarding what is provided: the unit was spotlessly clean, and the two bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen matched the description completely. However, the listing feels incomplete because key details about living in the space were left out.Slanted FloorsAs an older house that has settled, the third-floor apartment has a noticeable slant. The unlevel floors left me feeling...

"I was extremely disappointed. Upon arrival, I noticed the apartment smelled like very strong cooking smells. Particularly curry. Even though there were renovations done this apartment was not up to standards. There are no knobs on any of the kitchen cupboards, which makes them very hard to open. The bed squeaked so badly while I was sleeping It woke me up every time I rolled over. The pillows are 1 inch thick and flat. The bathtub was appalling. The floor of the bath bathtub was covered with a...

"The unit itself is clean and decorated beautifully. There was a sweet welcome note and mug of candy waiting for us when we arrived. The location of this property was the drawback. The parking area is dark or very dimly lit in some spots. There is a bar on the corner attracting a savory crowd at late hours. The stairs up to the unit were so steep and narrow we almost could not get our luggage up. The host did not reply to my concerns upon arrival but did agree to a full refund the following...

"As advertised. Slight hiccup with code for check-in, but super responsive and helped me right away."

"Very comfortable apartment that was convenient for visiting Providence. Super clean."

"Everything about this property was five stars! The design, the bed, the shower and the location. The place was spotless. It was a treat to be staying here."

"The automatic information sent about the property was detailed and sent on time. I sent a couple of inquiries asking if there were extra towels or blankets and those inquiries went unanswered. The apartment was very clean and the sheets were soft. If you enjoy a hard mattress, this is perfect for you. Bed was too hard for me and I had to get up in the middle of the night to stretch because it was painful. Rest of my family also found the beds to be too hard to be comfortable. Soundproofing of...

"Great location, walkable neighborhood."
