"A few comments: This is not a beachfront property! It is a beachview property. We didn’t mind the 7 to 10minute walk to the beach but it was not as advertised! It would have been nice to have a welcome package including salt/pepper, coffee for first morning, olive oil and basic spices, sugar, Kleenex, shampoo and bath soap. Only 4 dishwasher pods for our 9 night stay?? We needed more than 8 chairs at the table! Throws or extra blankets would have been nice. It was too cold to sit downstairs to...

"A very beautiful condo in a great location. Overlooking the water, a great view of the cruise ships coming and going. Easy to walk to restaurants. Hosts were very accessible and helpful. Had an easy drive to other sights on PEI. Parking was great. There’s a very nice coffee shop 5 minute walk away."

"The property was amazing. We had a great stay. The only thing to improve would be a vacuum clean. We had a spill we had to clean up and we pulled out the vacuum and turned it on not expecting anything but the smell that was pumped through the apartment was awful. "

No hastle no drive. Lastly Sabastian allowed us a late checkout to accomodate us and our dog, who would have otherwise, been forced to stay in the car for most of last day otherwise. "Pictures are real, beautiful place to stay. Road is a little rough to get here, but worth it. Sadly someone has smoked in the residence, and it is undeniable. Its a non smoking place and it kinda filtered into our luggage and clothing. I am sensitive to the smell, and its too bad someone could not respect the property."

"Trip was great overall! Lots bedrooms for all our family. The main area family/ dining was a little tight but comfy. We had a water problem (extremely low pressure), someone was sent to fix it but couldn’t. We had to be extremely careful with water use and showering was difficult. Property manager said they would relocate us but with 3 small children and a short stay we decided to stay put and make the best of it. We had a great stay and would stay here again!"

"The owner was very knowledgeable about the history of the house. The house was clean and well stocked with towels, dishes, utensils, soaps etc. Perfect size and location for 3-4 people. The only complaint we had was the mattresses were hard and could use an upgrade and a few extra pillows."
