"We loved the quiet, country environment. We live in KCMO and love taking the chance to get out of the city to reset. The cabin was perfect! The host was very responsive and gave fantastic instruction for check in and check out as well as dining options in the area. Very clean and well set up cabin. Perfect for a quick get-away!"

"Everything about this cabin was great. Quiet and safe. The front porch faces the Arkansas river and is a great place to sip coffee in the morning. The only negative is that if you have difficulty navigating stairs, the bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. We did not mind that too much. So, other than that, if you are considering this cabin I would give it 10 stars. ⭐️ "

"We’ve stayed on the mountain at Petite Jean many times in the past but wanted to try out a new place. Found this house on VRBO and decided to give it a try.We loved it!The sunroom with its huge views over the river and valley was our favorite part. We saw half a dozen Bald Eagles in one day! The kitchen was stocked and easy to work in. The master bed was comfortable. The house was roomy and easy to find.
