"We chose this location for a fishing trip because the home is situated on a beautiful 1,300-acre lake. While the interior was clean and comfortable, the property overall seemed a bit neglected, with items scattered around outside. The house itself is on the smaller side which is fine, but may be slightly overpriced for what it offers.Additionally the 200 cleaning fee felt excessive—especially considering the length of stay, the size of the home and us cleaning up after ourselves. "This was within walking distance to downtown and venue of the film festival we were in Hot Springs to attend. Perfect location and on a very quiet street. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. The restaurants and the Hot Springs were all in walking distance. "The unit we were supposed to stay in had an issue with hot water before we arrived. Before we got there, we were automatically put in a different unit that was an upgrade for no charge to make sure we had hot water. Throughout the entire process, the owner was great with communication and making sure we had access to the new unit. It was a beautiful place and we loved our stay!"
