"Property was exactly as described in a decent area. It worked perfectly for our trip! The only thing that should be mentioned is you will be hearing a LOUD train horn several times throughout the day and night and it startled me awake a few times throughout the night. Other than that I would stay there again!"

"We had a great time. The highlight was the sweet resident deer there. It was an experience we will never forget."

"Right on the course, very clean, wonderful host! Easy check in, Wi-Fi and golf cart!"

"Awesome experience, everything we need and very nice people"

"We felt right at home there, great neighborhood and plenty of places nearby to order food from and have delivered. "

"Had an event at the Club House in Lake Jovita, this could not have been a more perfect location. We had a great stay!"

"Host was very responsive to a very minor issue. Clean and cute little community that we could walk even in the Florida July heat."

"This is quite the gem of a home. Everything was so clean and the house was perfect. Eileen was amazing and everything was as it was advertised. Thank you and hope to stay if we are in the area again."

"Great stay with the family!"

"The property was wonderful, clean, quiet, meticulously kept property, wonderful host, close to everything, ice cold air and comfortable bed. Very cozy and quiet. Stayed a month to help my dad 5 miles away. You need your own space away from others to regenerate your energy after working all day renovating plus working remotely. The weather was hot n humid as expected and rain sometimes daily a 1 hour but thats expected. Will be back again in Nov and Dec 2026"

"Second time staying at the lovely well appointed home. Extremely spacious well appointed home away from home. "

"This was a beautiful, lovely, clean updated home. The pool was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Our favorite place to be was outside when we could (when it wasn’t raining). The amenities weregreat, we used the grill and we felt at home. I highly recommend staying here. The host was so responsive, it was easy to check in and instructions for check in and check out were clear and easy."

"This is a must stay, if your visiting Down Town New Port Richey, Hudson and surrounding towns. Lovely host and great spots to dine and walk around. Also the house is beautiful."
