"I love the property and how it has amenities and access to waterpark and the different pools so that you do not really leave the premises. I think all the staff were nice, but the check in process could be better. I feel as though it takes to long to check in, lines are too long, also even though early check in is not guaranteed if you are charging a fee for it we should be able to have access to the cottages and villas earlier than 4 pm. "This place checked all the boxes. Unfortunately, the unit had not been cleaned when we arrived. A call to the property manager was all it took for a cleaner to come and VERY thoroughly clean the unit. The refrigerator does not have a functioning ice maker so you may need to purchase ice. The property has great amenities! I would go back."
