"The house was clean and I felt very safe staying there. The full kitchen made it easy to cook meals so we didn’t need to eat out. The water pressure in the shower was great, plenty of hot water too. Location was perfect, within a mile of Mayo Clinic and an easy walk. Minimal noise from the unit upstairs. Owners were easy to get ahold of. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Very good communication with the owner, it is in a great location. Really close to the Mayo and Apache mall with many dining options. Had many extra accommodations like we ordered take out Chinese food and forgot to grab soy sauce, and it was there. I would recommend this to anyone"
