"We really enjoyed this cottage. It was exactly as listed. So cozy and felt like home. Our host was lively and we loved the town. We enjoyed several meals at Giltrap Pub. Mattresses are still the kind with springs which was not a great fit for our backs but the rooms and duvet covers were just great!! Nice shower and bathroom. Overall, I’d recommend this cottage to all. We were able to make several day trips East and South. Great location if your renting a car. Thanks a million."

"Our Coolderry Lodge stay was wonderful. Wonderful. Centrally located, it's an easy jump to any number of places of interest in the country. Colette, our terrific host, provided warm hospitality, ideas of places to visit and excellent homemade sugar cookies. The farm dogs made sure we were extra welcome. It's hard to overstate the charm and the beauty and quiet of the location."

"We stayed in 6 different VRBO rentals all over Ireland this past month. Of them all, this was the best of all. It was very clean, had an attentive host (managing the lovely restaraunt in front), it was quiet and secluded, the grounds were beautiful...and best of all, the Multifarnham area was astounding. I took a short walk and found the Abbey in town that included a botanical garden with cafe (and tea houses scattered around the grounds), and an amazing park and walking paths around the Abbey....

"We were very fortunate to find this property in the wonderful Silvermines for a quick weekend trip over to Ireland. It is such a beautifully finished, well-appointed property to use as a base for travel further around Ireland, or to enjoy the peaceful countryside from in its own right. Karin is a fantastic host who could not have been more amenable and hospitable. We very much hope to return in the near future."

"The host was so accommodating. Our flight was actually canceled and he offered to pick up our friends that day and made them feel so welcome. The property is BETER than the pictures. You are in the center to all of Ireland. Beautiful views … we had sheep out side our door. The house was spotless and had everything you needed and then some. The grounds were also outstanding. "Out in county but close to everything. This home was beautiful, everything we could need was provided! The living spaces were so comfortable we didn't want to leave, the bedrooms were beautiful, it was our own private luxe hotel, but just felt like a peaceful home. Caithriona welcomed us like family and made sure she was always available should we need her, she even gave us some great suggestions on places to visit. We could not ask for a better vacation stay."

"I have to preface this with an *. I had booked the gardener's cottage but there was some sort of booking mishap and the cottage was double booked. To their credit they gave me a room in the main house which was very nice. It was technically an up-grade and there was no charge. I would have like the solitude of the cottage, but I am not upset as I had a lovely time. You should most definitely get dinner. The food was exceptional. "We came from Bray through wicklow mts to Carlow and visited Kilkenny on st patricks day. The duplex is brand new and sparrkling clean. Prettierin person than the pics. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has all you need with microwave and washing machine. The towels are very soft. The view fantastic. The couch reclines and very comfortable. Nothing we were in need of. "Ireland and this house exceeded our expectations. Four women ages 50-70. Everyone left completely satisfied. Host was helpful and kind. It’s in a remote area but we knew that before we went. A 2 minute drive into the town of Banagher and a 40 minute walk."

"The Derg House was perfect for our stay with lots of space and wonderful views from the house and from the garden. We enjoyed all aspects of the house with seating areas for all types of activities. Around the fire pit in the evenings was an especially lovely time and we saw the Aurora Borealis which was very special. Definitely a prime location for trips and for seeing family in near-by Nenagh. Thank you for a memorable vacation."

"I spent all of July and August at Sean’s Lodge at Stonepark and I loved every minute of it. The Lodge was fully equipped with everything I could possibly need to have a comfortable stay and Sean was incredibly kind and helpful. The lodge was quiet and in a beautiful country location but only a 20 minute drive to Portumna and a 30 minute drive to Nenagh. I would definitely love to stay at the Lodge again. 10/10"

"My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Greenville. The cottage is situated in a quiet, very green location, the only thing you'll hear are Irish rain, and occasionally cows or when the lovely canine co-hosts Mandjar and Venice demand your attention. At the same time it's also close enough to make it a base for interesting day trips, we went to Kilkenny, Cashel, the cliffs and Limerick.
