"Onsite hosts Sam and Moreen were so wonderful! We got all the inside tips about Pacific Harbor from them including beach access, where to buy fresh fish and activities in the area. Moreen made me cassava so that I could learn to cook with it and Sam brought is fresh coconuts when we were by the beautiful (and huge) landscaped pool. The kindness of the people here is what we loved about Fiji the most! The house was so comfortable and finished beautifully with hardwood flooring and interior...

"I booked this as it’s my birthday week. The owner was friendly, greets us every time we arrive. When we arrived he apologised as there’s a glitch where he can’t find our booking, but he still entertain us and gave us a free upgrade. We love the place and it’s a memorable experience, got a power outage for a day too. Well even there’s an unexpected power outage he still cares very much offered us waters and apologised for it. There’s a generator but electrical issue, not a big deal. Lastly got a...

"The bathroom was not clean at all! I Here’s a stronger, polite but honest review you can post: Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived, and despite requesting laundry service, no one came to collect the clothes. The property also did not have a microwave, and there was no dishwashing liquid or sponge provided, which made it difficult to clean up after meals. Overall, the property needs better attention to cleanliness, basic amenities, and...

We booked queen double bed for 2 adults 1 child (5yr old) we love our room so cosy. We were lucky to have the whole villa to ourselves for 3 days. All tea and coffee was so old it was stuck together and unable to be used. Person that was there literally was on his phone most of the time and was not able to communicate with us successfully and blamed my family for the damage. I...

Waking up to ocean views every morning and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made for a truly unforgettable experience. One of the highlights was having a personal chef. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared, allowing us to completely relax and enjoy our vacation. The hospitality was exceptional, and every detail was taken care of.The property was well-maintained,...

"This was an AWESOME spot, the host and chef service was GREAT. This was an AWSEOME stay I abosolutely love the villa but there are a few issues that need to be addressed. The outdoor furnishings are disgusting and soiled and this is from long term use, bed linen and towels are very worn and mildew and blood were found on pillows, the floors have not been swept in a long time and dusting, forget about it. Cleaning and maintenance seems minimal, light switches broken, weather strip missing from...
