"I stayed here for 1 night with my family on the way back to the Gold Coast. It was chosen as I lived in this building nearly 20 years ago and I wanted to show my children where I lived before they were born. They were extremely excited - until we got into the apartment. I have stayed in many different types of accommodation over the years and none have even come close to how horrible this property was. Before we arrived, we got an email with all of the rules - for the most part they were...

"Highly recommendable, sunny and top location!"

"Very comfortable property in a great location."

"Great location. The host/ caretaker was very responsive and accommodating. A couple things to improve - there don't appear to be any heat in the apartment except for a small space heater and it's winter so little chilly. Lastly we had hoped to be able to use the television with our own apps - fighting a jet lag from a long flight a little television at night would have been great but they weren't able to help with 'locked' entry so that was a bit of a bummer. Otherwise worth the price."

"The view from the apartment is spectacular. Juile is a lovely host. Easy and clear communication. The room was comfortable for our short stay.So handy to the ferry, making it very easy to get around to all the sights! The free parking is so handy!Such a lovely area to explore. A fabulous stay, thank you"

"Just a few little things toaster didn’t work . New one after two days. Loose basin tap bathroom. One globe didn’t work in bathroom"

"Good wee place for 2 of us to stay, comfy bed, everything we needed - cooking space, washing machine & tv (we didn't use), 2 comfy lounge seats, small outdoor deck space with table/chairs. Great location with street parking, right around the corner a nice cafe and lovely bush walk to harbour. Host very kindly provided extra pillows on request and made sure extra blankets available and was a good communicator. Only potential improvements would be window stays to allow house to ventilate while we...

"It is a very pleasant unit, well laid out with a nice, leafy outdoor area to sit in. There are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. The street is quiet."
