"Ther property itself is very nice. I personally was disappointed that the grill in the pictures was not available to us to cook on. All we had was a small tabletop weber grill that was provided as a replacement. As we were basing all our meals on a full-size grill, this was a giant bummer to my wife and I. The property owner did offer to refund us our money, but we decided to stay and just deal with it all. Other than the grill fiasco, we had a relaxing time. I would have given a higher star...

"Dirty sheets, shower curtain, rug in sitting room filthy. Outside was full of weeds. Garage was filled with stinking garbage. On the plus side it was a great location. Far too expensive for what you get. If you had to sleep in the basement you would have nightmares."

"This is a great find! We were visiting NDSU. It was a quick walk to campus. It was cute house that was clean, comfortable, and had a lot of nice accessible extras. The hot tub was a huge bonus. The owner had the hot tub ready to go as soon as we arrived. I loved having a full basket of hot tub towels close to the entrance. There was a washer and dryer in the basement and we used it to wash/dry our suits when we were done. It sure is nice having dry suits to pack up when you leave. There was...

"We were in town for hockey. I love vrbo’s so we can save some money instead of eating out all the time. There was a nice little bowling ally you could walk too. The property was great. Loved our stay."

"When we arrived after 12 in the afternoon it reaked, was messy, and verry worn dirty carpets. It look nothing like what was showen on the photo's. We decided not to stay there, afraide of getting some bug or illness. Not up to any standerds. We gave it a minus star. We were miss informed on the add and would like our moneyback."

We appreciated the communication of the host and the little extras to make our stay special: Christmas tree/lights, candy, wine, and a bottle of sparkling juice for kids. The location was perfect. It was close to downtown Fargo, NDSU, and the airport. "
