"2 stars because host seemed very polite to deal with. Other 2 star review very accurate. Heat was terrible. House wasnt clean at all. Mouse droppings found everywhere including on the griddle and in pans in kitchen. Throughout the furniture, bathroom stand beside sink and even on window seals. House and furniture smelled aweful. Mold coming thru bedroom ceiling. Open ended wiring just taped off in ceiling in living room. I feel it could of been great place if taken care of. "

"I’m writing this review on behalf of my husband and his buddy who stayed for a weekend hunting trip. They thought the property was exceptional. The host was awesome and accommodating. Communication was great. One item that did not bother them at all- but I feel should be noted- the rental is on the owners property and their living quarters aren’t far away. Not a big deal for most- but if you’re looking for a romantic secluded get away- this may not be the spot. They had an excellent time. They...

"We traveled to the area for the breeders cup. The house was really nice and comfortable. The ride getting there was beautiful country. House was as described. Worth the cost. We had a great time. Would definitely stay there again when we return to the Lexington area."
