"Great response to concerns. Clean and roomy. Would have liked more seating in living room as there was only a 2 seater couch. Had to bring own detergent for washing machine. No towels in kitchen just cheap paper towels. Pots and pans need replaced. Backyard was huge and fdnced for my dog. Nice driveway for parking and quiet neighborhood and convenient to area."

"Pros: Very spacious and location is great! Kitchen is well stocked with all amenities. Communication with host was wonderful. Cons: There is a lack of TV's and the area there is one is not comfortable and awkward. No TV's in bedrooms except the kids room which has the gaming system hooked up. Beware if you are there on a Monday night you are responsible to take all garbage cans to curb from the previous renters. The amount of garbage we moved consisted of 3 overflowing cans, bags pilled up...

"Hotel is new and NOT ready to welcome guests. When we checked in, we were told ice and water machine broken. Both side doors broken. The biggest surprise is that there is ZERO kitchen supplies.. not even spoon and forks! We chose the hotel for the kitchen. It has a kitchen alright but not supplying anything for the kitchen? The staff admitted that many things have not worked because the management rushed to open. I immediately checked out. Was told I would get the refund, but it never came. "

"This appears to be a property managed by a Property Management company.Location was ideal for our needs. Property was clean and the mattresses were in good shape.Outside property condition, gutters & back/side deck are in need of attention. This was the 3rd occasion that we have stayed at this location & the large clock on the wall in the main area was broken on the 1st stay in August & had not been replaced by our 3rd visit in October.
