"We stayed here at the end of our trip and it was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beautiful scenery and listen to the sounds of the surf and birds. Seth, Nuala and David all made a point of stopping by to see how we were settling in and it was lovely to read the history behind the creation of the villas. Cannot recommend this place enough - would still be there if we could ☺️"

"Warmly welcomed though allowed privacy. Everything we needed was provided. Very comfortable beds. Great having the 2 studios. Easy access and parking near the door without steps to climb. Lovely garden area. Spotlessly clean. Surprisingly quiet at night as on a busy road which meant we were central and walking distance to shop, takeaways, bakery etc. Short drive to city and waterfront and Pukekura Park and river walks. Great value! Thank you so much for making our stay most enjoyable."

"Our young kids loved the toys and books, the location was fantastic, the home was clean, we appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedrooms, everything worked as expected, we had everything we needed, and there was a surprise massage chair! This felt like a home, not a sterile location. Peter & Wendy were very accommodating, good communicators.We would happily return - I'm sad we forgot to sign the guest book!"
