Air condition did not work and no one was there to repair till the next day . We had electrify issues no one at the reception until 11 pm . It’s not a place I will recommend with that kind of customer service "

I will definitely come back and will recommend this residence to anyone traveling to Douala for any kind of trip be it business, vacation or any trip."

Trying to get a refund by making several phone calls and emails to accommodation manager but to no avail. Till date. I...

"I could get to a room because they said Expedia didn’t secure any bookings"
