"This house had everything we needed and more the only issue was the carbon monoxide detector going off and the property manager answered right away at 330am (the battery was just low)"

"This tiny house was situated on a cattle ranch. In the evenings we would hang out with the cows and enjoy the view of the nearby mountains. It was incredibly peaceful! Our dog loved the stay as well. The house had everything we needed. We used the grill one night which was a great option and we were close to Mesa Verde National Park."

"We loved the location - walkable to downtown, around the corner from the river, and mountain views from the front porch. Inside was nicely decorated and comfortable."

"We really enjoyed our stay! Check-in went smooth and was pretty easy to find even in the dark as we arrived pretty late! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The pool/hot tub was awesome and all the mountain activities were a blast. We will definitely be back. Thank you! "

"We were in town for my son’s wedding at Purgatory, so the location was perfect. While the house was amazing, we all loved the front porch and yard. We played lot’s of family games. Our favorite sounds were hearing the Silverton train echo up and down the canyon. We will be back for sure. Thank you Anne!"

"Purple Juniper was in a great location. Nice and quiet street within walking distance to Main Street with all the restaurants etc The unit was clean and very comfortable! Had all we needed. Communication with Victoria, the owner, outstanding. The Best we’ve experienced with VRBO rental. Durango a great town with a lot to experience, wished we stayed longer. "

"Just a short 2 night stay in Durango. House was clean and had great coffee choices. Love that they had Ryze mushroom coffee. House was clean and just as described. Great internet service with Starlink. Only suggestion would be better porch lights. Solar porch lights didn’t really give off any light. "

"Small shower. Would not recommend for someone with physical ailments. But i would definitely book again. Awesome place awesome view! Quiet and peaceful! Loved it!"
