"We stayed here for a Memorial Day vacation. We are a family of 5 with a 10 year old and 7 year old twins. The location was great and it was close to everything. The house was clean and well-equipped. Communication with the host was great. She responded quickly and offered solutions. The soccer field across the street was full on Saturday and Sunday. It wasn’t loud though and we actually liked watching them play. We had everything we needed. If you need a nice place to stay, choose here. "

We took a food tour around Beale St, went to the zoo, ate delicious ribs at The Rendezvous across from The Peabody Hotel, toured historical homes in Victorian Village, and had brunch at The Beauty Shop too. "Host sent code to get into the house prior to arrival and that process went well. This property was advertised as sleeping 17, which was not accurate. There were 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 double/ full beds. Which was only enough for 6 guest. My youngest had to sleep on the couch! Sheets were dirty with stains, hair and crums. Fortunately we all had a travel blanket and slept on top of the covers. Towels provided did not smell fresh or clean. All the rugs in the...
