"The place was roomy and accommodating. We had 4 guys, so it was nice not to have to share beds and to be able to spread out the snorers. Pros: -Spacious open feel -Hot tub -Everything as advertised -About as close to Wolf Creek as you can get Cons: (these are minor picky things) -Cookware was pretty basic -Had to do some snow shoveling to access the back porch -for some reason I imagined a remote cabin with a pond- it was actually a complex of many cabins on the property- but still quiet...

"We loved the location. It is quiet and secluded with refreshing mountain air and mountain creek. We could have used better and brighter lighting. The stovetop and bathroom heater needed cleaning. Otherwise it was clean and very welcoming. Thank you!!"

"The Host and Hostess were so gracious, staying late, and welcoming us! There was a mountain view, as promised, and two deer as a bonus! We really enjoyed all the extensive woodwork (especially the bed frame custom made out of logs!)"

"Second time staying at this house and skiing Wolf Creek. Great location to the small town of South Fork. Easy checkin and out. No real issues with the property and easily fit 12 adults / older teens and 1 baby. Great hot tub after the slopes and fire pit down by the river. Great views from house as well. Use Rocky Mountain Ski for your gear they’re great. Will be back again and hopefully not take 6 years like the last time."

We came to Pagosa for a long weekend with our kiddos to enjoy the hot springs, also amazing, and coming home to this comfy property felt like home.
