Beyond that:The good:- Hot water was great- House heat was plentiful and quick. - Wifi password was clearly identified on the router (not sure if that is new based on earlier reviews, but it was a non-issue for us)- Roku TV worked perfectly- Kitchen was updated; we only used the fridge, microwave, and Keurig, but everything in the kitchen...

"The house and neighborhood was really cute. It really had all the amenities, but the only thing I noticed was the plumbing was very slow. I washed my hands in the bathroom sink downstairs and it took forever for the water to go down in the drain. The toilet upstairs wouldn’t flush the toilet paper down the drain.
