"great property had a fantastic time. My only feedback would be that there needed to be better kitchen equipment (quality of knives large pot) extra toilet paper, cling wrap and garbage bags. There was only the garbage bag in the bin and no others that we could find.Don’t get me wrong you have a lovely place there on the river and we would defiantly stay again.Thanks for having us. The evans family"

"A massive thank you to Albert and his family for having us stay on their property this weekend. We were incredibly grateful for their extra efforts—fresh bread and homemade cakes to celebrate our anniversary were such a thoughtful touch. It was a joy to watch their daughter with her horses and to see the beautiful Highland cows. The tent was perfect upon arrival, and overall, we’d give Albert a 10/10 for his hospitality and care. " A lovely cottage with so much style and history. Looks great in photos but even better in real life. It was so nice to stay in a freshly restored cottage but definitely not a cookie cutter decor. I also loved the town. I enjoyed a hot chocolate at Karkoo and great meal at the Oakbank hotel all within walking distance. Definitely recommend"

"Excellent location. Wonderful room with the all amenities needed, good aircon, fine WiFi, nice bathroom (alting missing a handheld shower head). Please note that the room is not very soundproof – on our first night, we had no one living nearby, but in the second night we could hear a lot from the room upstairs. Extremely friendly staff. We rented bikes which was super easy and fair priced. "
