"Absolutely adorable little cabin nestled directly on the waters edge. A minutes walk from the boat ramp and dock. Very homey feeling, nothing fancy, but more than enough to enjoy a weekend away with the family. It’s close to Shakertown village, and only 45 minutes from Lexington. "I came in for an evening with my dog for a family members wedding. Mike was very friendly and responsive at my time. It’s a very beautiful piece of property. Additionally the rental area has everything you would need. You can tell that the effort is put in to be as helpful and accommodating for the stay. From the moment I first walked in to this home, I was stuck by its' beauty- in a word, breathtaking. There was plenty of room and privacy for the 12 of us. "We arrived early evening. Had a bit of a challenge obtaining rental access information via host. Issue was promptly resolved with call VRBO customer service. Enjoyed our stay and downtown Frankfort was lovely. "
