We’d lived in Princeton for 2 years prior to moving to Nashville and so we were familiar with the area. In fact, that was the primary reason for staying there.The location of this apartment is really the best attraction. "We had a completely wonderful stay at this property and would definitely return. The space is beautifully decorated and comfortable, and our every need was met. The location is great, close to campus but nestled in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. "

Host would not pick up phone, did not answer text of voice messages until we spoke directly to VRBO. At the end, not what we preferred, but had to leave premises because the issue was not attempted to get resolved. About 9:30 that night, the 8 guest had to find somewhere to stay."

"The property is close to downtown, absolutely true. BUT, I have stayed in the main floor unit twice and the upstairs unit once over the past 3 years. The property is getting worse. There is NO effort in maintaining much less improving the property.The main shower leaks through to the basement, the smaller bathroom shower has no working light, the oven is broken, kitchen sink constantly leaks, two rolls of toilet paper, and the AC WASN'T working for our stay. We spent the long, cold, snowy weekend with the families of our two (2) adult children - it easily accommodated five (5) adults and three (3) grandchildren. The house was very clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. The owners were communicative and wanted to ensure that we were comfortable. We would recommend to anyone and would not hesitate to rent this home again."
