"Great communication from the owner, property was very clean and easy to get to everything. Only issue is parking. We were told we could park underground or on the street. Arrived on Friday during day and less street parking so parked underground. Big mistake. The underground garage is antiquated and does not have a CC reader, so they just close all access on Saturday & Sunday. Luckily we had a friend who worked for the state of Illinois and was able to contact someone in Security who met us two...

"Great place to spend a weekend or week away! The kayaks and canoes were amazing to spend time out on the lake and river. Nearby nature preserves allowed for some fantastic hikes. Comfortable beds and great spaces for lounging and cooking with an incredible porch with view of the lake to watch the bald eagles and herons while sipping your morning coffee. Highly recommend!"
