"Angie did a great job with answering any questions I had before and during my stay. The campground was fun to walk around and explore. There is access to a nice paved trail for biking or walking, and the kayaking was amazing. The town of Big Rapids was just a short drive with a super cute little downtown area. I had the best coffee ever at Belle's Coffeehouse. The Jim Crow Museum at Ferris State University is a must see. My only complaint would be that the hot water in the shower barely lasted...

"Dion and Rod are great hosts! They're very attentive and quick to help with any questions we had. They even gave us produce from their garden. They helped with getting the kids set out on kayaks, we were able to buy overflowing wheelbarrows full of good campfire wood, outside games were provided for us, we were able to use their dryer when our tent decided to let the rain soak our daughters duffle bag full of clothes, and they showed us how to manage the ac. "We used all levels of balcony views. Absolutely perfect. Everyone loved each and every minute on the property. Two downsides: the water smelled like sewer and had a slick feel. We ran out of toilet tissue. This place is an A-"

"As soon as we walked into the lodge we knew we were in for a wonderful weekend. The place was gorgeous and spotless! The couch and beds were super comfy. The fire pit was perfect and we enjoyed morning coffee on the wrap around porch. The lake was very quiet. Cell service and WiFi were great.
