"You can’t beat this location. You walk off the stairs and you are in the sand. Cozy house that is stocked with all the kitchen tools you could need. It was a very relaxing stay, which is what we needed.Make sure to download the “Vessel Finder” app. It was fun to see the ships coming in and look up the e details. This is a fantastic and quiet part of the beach. We at at the Seahorse and saw the crowds of the “drive on” beach, and I was very thankful that we stayed on the pedestrian beach. There...

"The property was very accommodating we love the entryway mud room as we traveled with two pets property was very comfortable we would love to stay somewhere with a king bed but we were quite comfortable the only issue we had was with the smell of the sulfur in the water but apparently that is on all Surfside close and beachfront properties"

"We had a fabulous vacation. The location is excellent - just two flights of stairs and you are on the beach! The condo had the necessary equipment you need for your stay; I cooked several meals, the only issue being the oven took longer than expected to cook the meal. The water pressure in the shower was good, the towels soft & clean. The refrigerator kept the food/drinks cold. The AC kept the entire condo cool; in fact the kids felt it was too cold! "Awesome location. The house is a little worn but still nice for the week. The downstairs room was locked so we didn’t get to play with the beach toys except for the few that was left out. The pool table was not level at all so took the fun out of that. If ur not a pool player i guess it would be fine. But overall stay was great would stay again "

"The house is very nice, great location, view sunrise on the decks is amazing. Few steps to beach. Plenty of bathrooms so no need to wait for shower. 979 is very responsive. Booking was easy. Overall. We had great time. Thank you. This is not a complain. Just suggestion:Few applications need to upgrade. It’s still working. It does its job but probably need to upgrade."
