"Loved the decor, clealiness of interior and all the rooms were as pictured. The two tvs in the other rooms did not work which was disappointing as lounging in bed was going to be a plus. The carport could have been cleaned off but the host was very attentive in responding and was nice. Was unaware of no cable but WIFI worked well"

"This was our third summer family gathering at Fairchild Landing, and it was great again! The water was up a bit, but that didn’t spoil the fun. The place is super clean and has a great firepit for s’mores! It’s also close enough to Hattiesburg for a run to The Lucky Rabbit. We shall return! "

"This is just what we needed. The property is beautiful and the location remote enough to feel a total peace. The porch is phenomenal. We very much enjoyed the swing porch swings and spend a lot of time there. Our host was amazing. She answered questions and provided information as needed.
