"I arrived and was greeted right away and given a tour. Everything was excellent and very accessible which was fantastic as it made it very easy for me to come and go as I pleased. I was away a considerable amount of time and the simplicity made it very nice at the end of the day for me. Definitely would stay there again."

"My daughter stayed here while she was in town visiting. They enjoyed the place and the views from the balcony to watch the different fireworks shows are Des Moines."

"Great accomodations! Clean, comfortable beds, beautiful property. Highly recommended!"

"Location"

"Not very clean. Drawers were messy, floors were sticky. Did not have pillow cases on all pillows. Master bedroom had two dirty towels. The elevator stopped working and we were forced to carry luggage up to the 4th floor and there was rarely any parking available and always had to find street parking or paid parking elsewhere. The worst of the stay was the last night when the host called and texted at 3am, multiple times, while myself, my children, husband and brothers family were all sleeping,...

"Dan was amazing and responded quickly to any message! Room was spacious and very nice!"

"We had a great stay, the place was adorable and we felt very safe."

"We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The house itself was absolutely beautiful and very clean, which made us feel comfortable right away. It was also well-equipped that made our stay easy and enjoyable. The neighborhood was fantastic, safe, and perfect for families. One of our favorite features was the nearby park, which was wonderful for the kids and gave them plenty of space to play. The home is located on a very busy road, so there is some traffic and traffic noise, but it...

"We stayed here as a family for a long weekend, 8 adults and 6 pre-teen/teenagers. We had a great time! We had ping pong & Jenga tournaments in the Party Barn and a firepit one night. The hot tub wasn’t working initially but the owner, Steve, responded promptly with a repair man who spent many hours working on it. Rained one day but we watched TV on the big sectional couch, did puzzles, played arcade games in the party room & video games on the basement TV. The teenagers thought initially the...

"Very convenient place to stay for the Drake Relays. Would definitely look to stay there again."

"My family stayed for our daughter's college graduation. The condo was absolutely spotless, beautiful, modern, and we like the balcony too. We didn't use the kitchen but it was roomy and seemed to have everything one would need. The only small issue was a neighbor whose dog barked incessantly from check-in at 4pm until 1am. (Apparently it was upset because it was alone and the storms outside upset it) Fortunately we always travel with a white noise app and a blue tooth speaker so sleeping was not...
