"The location and apartment were just what we needed for a week long work training. With not a lot of hotels in walking distance, we gave this a go. There were no reviews yet, so that was a concern. But it was good for what we needed it to be. The complex is mostly permanent residents and as such, some of the public areas could use work. But, the apartment itself was comfortable and you could tell there were upgrades that had been made by non-professionals. But it had everything we needed...

"Older house that has been updated. Location made it easy to get to Westfield Grand Park. Parking was a little iffy if you had more than 1 vehicle as parking around back only room for 1 vehicle. We had to use on street parking around front and some days had to park several house down. No really big deal as we made the best of it."

"My husband and I were in town for a concert weekend at Deer Creek, something we do almost every year. This place was by far the absolute best spot we have *ever* gotten in the Indy area. It is in such a nice location, easy to find, and is also so cozy. The owners provided so many options for food and other points of interest, as well as some really cool history about the property and family. We will 110% stay again. 10/10 would recommend!!!"
