"The Grooms Cottage was a rustic wonderful stay. It is in the country but really not far from shops. Having only 1 bathroom was a little difficult in the morning with 5 adults but they are working on an upstairs one, it just wasn't ready for our stay. "Property is in a country like setting . It is a 20 minute drive to restaurants and stores to get a bite to eat. There is no one available on the property to let you into your rooms. Spent 90 minutes trying to reach someone by phone and email. We are 60 years old and not computer smart. "

"Mark the property manager was an absolute delight. He would help us with any questions we had. We checked in late to our house and he left his number for us to contact him. He even brought croissants and coffee to us the next morning. The only downside is that it is far away from stores and town. We had to taxi into Swords to catch a train or bus."
