"Great house for Hawkeye football weekends in Iowa City. We had 8 guests and all slept comfortably. The three large TVs downstairs were perfect for watching other games throughout the weekend. Would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed here for graduation weekend! Great location, walkable to downtown and campus. Very clean and perfect for the occasion. A couple recommendations for the accommodations-a lamp for the bedside tables, a full length mirror somewhere in the house, a couple more chairs in the living area for sitting, a couch that wasn’t so low to the ground and a couple chairs on the front porch to enjoy outdoors when nice. But would definitely stay here again when we are in town!"

"The location is A. The House is also great. It has a ton more space than you would think, and we had 2 families there very comfortable. The backyard has a nice fire pit, and the front yard was great for hanging out on a game day. I'd highly recommend!"

"This townhome was absolutely perfect for UofI graduation in May! The location was 2 blocks from commencement making it ideal for every type of event associated with the university. The accommodations included every detail possible - tastefully decorated, a roomy main level kitchen/living area for entertaining (including serving pieces of perfection!). The rooftop included a grill and fire table to allow us to enjoy the outdoors and an awesome view of the area. Thank you for making graduation...

"Came to Iowa City with friends and family to visit our daughter at the University and see a football game. We could not have picked a better place. First the communication with the host was great. So easy to check in and not a lot asked for check out. Very clean. Everything looks new. Lot of inside space and a awesome fenced in back yard. Nice quiet neighborhood. And the location was perfect. Short drive to the campus and football stadium. Even a grocery store at the end of the street....
