"Very lovely little house in walking distance to the Mediterranean Sea. Beautiful landscape, and a cosy little town, with nice restaurants - the Indian one, simply great. The house itself is very nice, well equipped, and we loved the private terrace, where we ate all our meals for 3 weeks, until we had too many mosquitos. "Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt und die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man im Alltag braucht. Sogar Strandstühle und ein Sonnenschirm waren vorhanden! Wenn man nur den Strand vor der Tür nutzen möchte benötigt man kein Auto, da auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Wer allerdings auch andere Strände und Buchten besuchen möchte, oder zum shoppen in größere Ortschaften fahren will, der sollte ein Auto haben....

"Les points positifs : Joli petit appartement avec 3 chambres qui sont correct, il est bien situé, ce trouve dans une belle résidence bien tenue avec une grande piscine. Le propriétaire répond vite. Les points négatifs : Le mobilier est vétuste, les matelas sont inconfortable on ressent les resorts, le lave vaisselle ne lave pas, même après avoir essayer d'autres programme et pastilles. C'est dommage car ces négligences peuvent ternir les vacances."

"The property is modern and feels spacious. The two showers are a great size. The smart TV allows access to Netflix etc. The kitchen is equipped with most things you will need, there was no kettle and only a few coffee cups when we arrived, but Naddia soon sorted that out for us. I was a little surprised to find that neither toilet had a toilet roll provided, in other properties there's always been at least one. There's was none of the usual left behind condiments, hand wash, dishwasher tablets...

"El propietario muy amable y siempre disponible para cualquier duda. Las casas cuevas tienen buen espacio aunque hace mucho calor ( puede ser las fechas) en pleno agosto. La mesa de afuera espectacular para la familia pasábamos la noche afuera. La cocina de las más equipadas donde hemos ido, le falta un congelador o un frigorífico más, O uno más grande. Si quieren escuchar música recomiendo llevar un pen o música descargada en el móvil porque no hay cobertura; la zona de la piscina la pasamos...

"Villa Cocon was a sanctuary for all 12 of us, ranging from age 3 - 71! The villa was perfect with a plethora of games and activities for the children and adults alike. We have never been to this area of Spain, usually opting for culture over heat, so it was a different sort of holiday for us staying put and not venturing far!
