"Honestly can’t say enough great things about this property. Rented both houses for 16 people over the 4th of July. The property managers were great and answered any questions we had quickly, getting us anything we needed (water etc.). The houses were clean and the decor was beautiful. The location is secluded and exactly what we were looking for. We brought floaties, mask/snorkles, games (spike ball and bags) but didn't need them. The view was amasing and the dogs was so nice. Kids played with them all the time. The house was clean and cosy. There was everything you enedes in the house. We visited so many places just a short drive from the house. The local people was so friendly and helpfull. We only have good things to say about seabiscuit and exuma....

Kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need for cooking meals. The generator was great for power outages. Filtered water available. Loved the pool and dock for boat we rented from Drex. "This house is nothing short of amazing! We felt like we were on our own island. It is so nice having a private pool and beach right at your back door, and the water is so beautiful. We even had a sea turtle swim along the shore. The house is about 10 minutes from Georgetown, 5 minutes from Blu, and 30 from Santanna’s, so it’s in a great location. The beds are super comfy. We had 9 people and had plenty of room for everyone. I would stay here again and again. "

"Our week’s stay at Jack’s Island House was amazing. There were 11 of us ranging from 9 to 73 (5 adults & 6 kids).Jack has thought of absolutely everything including things we didn’t expect. The kids throughly enjoyed the rope swing, the water trampoline & jumping off the dock.The kayaks & paddle boards were a hit with everyone. The dock was super relaxing especially early in the morning & the evening. We enjoyed watching for Barry the Barracuda& the turtle every morning even saw a ray one...

The property was perfect for a family of 4 like us and had beach towels/chairs, dishes, and ice in the freezer for us!
