"House was in a great location with beautiful beach view. Steps away from water. Although there were neighboring houses, still felt very private as rarely saw anyone out. The house was very comfortable with central air. There were a few close by snorkeling reefs in either direction that had lots of interesting fish. Loved the house and island and would definitely return."

"We had great stay at Osprey. The location of the house is excellent- only a few steps away from the Tropic of Cancer beach. It’s one of the best beaches at Exuma. There is a restaurant/bar at beach entrance. They sell very good burgers. House host, Richard and Shauna are in Canada. When there was a storm and power outage they called me and told us where to find battery powered fans and charger. So helpful. Luckily the power cut only lasted a few hours. There is no washer/ dryer in the house. But...

"When we walked through the door for the first time it literally took our breath away. We have been coming to Exuma for 12 years and thought we had seen it all. This is by far nicer then anything we have ever seen. The sand bar is a screensaver and the beauty of this property and home is stunning. If you want to get away and enjoy paradise this is heaven. "This was our fourth trip to the Exuma’s and the first time staying at Casa Bella. This property is by far the nicest we have stayed at. The property manager Martin was absolutely wonderful. "My husband and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful location. It was private and incredibly peaceful. We enjoyed kayaking almost every day, and we saw tons of wildlife. "We traveled with one other family (4 adults and 2 17-year old boys). The house was absolutely perfect for us! We loved how each bedroom/bathroom was its own building. Perfect for the teens to have their own rooms! Steps from the beach also. We were able to see the sunrise as well as the sunsets! Tar Bay Beach is amazingly beautiful with plenty of space to walk at least a mile in each direction. Check-in was really easy, and everyone throughout the process was very friendly and responsive. "

"Bellavista was perfect for us, all the amenities you can think of especially chairs and umbrella. The beach in front is neat in its on right plus sites over at stocking but the hidden gem is a 5-10 walk to your left. Unbelievable beach with calm beautiful blue water that is waist deep as far as you can go! Owners assessable anytime on the what’s up app as well. They even have a 2nd unit Bellavista Breeze 3 doors down. Will definitely seek another week with them the next time we try. "

"We are staying at a construction site; the window we can look out of faces a construction area. When we go to the pool, we walk through the construction zone with wheelbarrows and noise. It may be that the hotel is being renovated, but we are paying 6,700 DKK (approximately USD 980) for 3 nights. It is deeply disappointing that the hotel is not closed during the renovation. There is so much noise that no one is using the worn-out sun loungers by the pool, where the filtration system is not running most of the time. I'm sure it will be nice one day, but honestly, I feel cheated. We've decided to leave the hotel a day early despite not getting a refund. The staff is friendly, but that doesn't make up for the rest."
