"Lots of nice amenities: AC, fridge, grill, firepit, porch and porch chairs, shower. Located next to the state park where the stars are visible and the lake has nice docks and trails to explore. I do recommend taking the suggestion to bring water as the tap is metallic in taste. pull out sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, but the lofted bed was very nice. still beats sleeping on the ground camping! would recommend. Host was very friendly and answered any questions. She also offered to mail back...

"Took my daughter’s and granddaughters up for a two day getaway and enjoy one night at this charming home. The kids enjoyed the foosball, air hockey and other games."

"Overall, this was a nice place to stay. My kids really enjoyed the air hockey and retro video games. Another plus is that this inside a resort and minutes from starved rock entrance. There are 3 actual beds and two air mattresses. This worked fine for our family but I’m not sure that is clear on the listing. Main complaint is that the sofa is not comfortable and could use replacing. The host was responsive and made check in easy. I would recommend this place and would stay there again. "
