"This townhouse has so much potential, but needs some amenities added to be worth the nightly rate.The location was very convenient to 64 and downtown Charleston, but the townhouse was hard to locate because it did not have the address posted on the front of the building. The townhouse was spacious for our party of 3 and would be great for families, but needed additional cleaning. We were disappointed that the host did not stock any hand soap in the kitchen or bath, how unsanitary. In addition...

"This was the best experience we have had in homestays . The place was beautiful, the accommodations were ample. Very comfortable and well stocked. The area is peaceful and well situated near parks. There is a nice walking path across the street as well. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to any family the ac was broken there was 2 chipped drinking glasses were someone could cut there lips There is a hole in the porch the outside porch door handle was broken laying on the kitchen counter the couch was broken there floors were very dirty there's only enough appliances for one person in a 3 bed room apartment the downstairs smelled weird"
