"The property in Westport was wonderful. Located right on a large river connecting to the ocean. Lots to see from the wraparound deck looking out over the water. The home was spacious and well-appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed as well as high end appliances. A nice unusual feature was two vintage pinball machines in the lower level of the home. We would definitely rebook this property if we travel to the Boothbay Harbor/Wiscasset area again."

"Our family enjoyed our stay. We reached out to the property manager with a question and got an immediate response which was greatly appreciated. The house had plenty of space for our family of 4 and it was awesome to be able to travel with our dog. Kiddos enjoyed playing in the woods outside the home. "This property is a gem and even prettier than the listing pictures. The house is part of a larger property with a wedding venue so this is used (I would assume) by the wedding party/guests.The landscaping - flowers, shrubs, et al - are beautifully maintained. You may want to inquire as to when the venue is going to open/be used as we did have some gardeners there early to clean up the grounds and plant flowers which didn't bother us.Very attentive host and great location. "Cottage was amazing! The new addition is beautiful! My kids loved exploring the property and playing by the pond. The location is perfect, so many things to see and do. Property was very clean and the host was amazing. The games were great on the one rainy day we had. "

"As advertised, except for the "walking distance to downtown." It's over a mile, no sidewalks, very hilly bendy road, difficult for cars and the plethora of work trucks to see you. We had some elderly folks planning to stroll into town, but that was a hard no. Maybe ok if you're young and active, but certainly don't plan on safely walking home at night. Otherwise, a pleasant old place. "

"We enjoyed the view from this home and the location very much. Easy walkability to town and having Dunston’s right down the street was a fun perk. The communal spaces are small but cozy. The weather was rainy while we were there so we spent a lot of time nestled up reading and enjoying the view. My only complaint was there was no coffee provided—pretty small gripe and easily remedied!"
