"Very nice place for a trip on a budget. If you’re 6ft or higher be aware of the short ceilings, you might need to duck down quite a bit. The neighborhood might seem a little sketchy if you’re not used to cities but you’re completely safe. Be aware before you rent you’re in the basement of where the people who own it live. Walkable to downtown, the river and anywhere you could want to go. Overall I recommend this place. "

"The Browne's Addition Penthouse is spacious, attractive, and very well furnished. The beds are comfortable. The condo is well maintained and very clean. The photos on the website are accurate. As they show, the condo has wide west-facing windows with a pleasant view from the dining room and kitchen. One thing especially appreciated (because many places ignore this) is that the sitting areas in addition to being comfortable have lighting adequate for reading. And, there are bedside reading...

"The owner was a great communicator; the property was clean and nicely tucked away. Neighbors are right out the patio door, looking down into the unit, so it feels a little less private than it could. The check-in and check-out process was tremendous. "

"Great venue- lots of space, well equipped kitchen, dog loved playing ball from the deck at night with a glow-in-the-dark ball. The fully fence yard was fantastic. The dock would be good for kayaks and maybe shallow bottom boats but not for deep motor boats or ski boats with pit board motors. Excellent place tho- we would love to come back. "
