"The property in in Gatineau Park, on Meech Lake. The house itself is immaculate! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need. Amid beautiful reclaimed wood decor, there was also a Huge Gas range. Dining room, living room and TV loft were excellent. Main bathroom features a stand-alone tub that even die-hard shower-ers would be inclined to use. The space was spotless on check-in. Now onto the star of the show - the boat house. "Great little spot for a smaller budget. Had a large group of friends and we had a great time."

"We only used the place to sleep at night and make dinner the night we arrived. There is plenty of space and the kitchen was quite well equipped. We did not try out the dock as we had family about 5min away on the lake. When the A/C stopped working they were very quick to answer and help resolve it (it was just a breaker so easily fixed). We would stay there again if visiting family"

"I can't say enough about how amazing our vacation was in this house. The location was perfect - very isolated, yet a short drive from grocery/gas/restaurants. The house was incredibly comfortable - we were travelling with 2 teenage boys, so having room to spread out and everyone have their own space was very important to us. "Sonder Arlo have been a perfect place to spend 4 nights for 3 people on our semi road-trip around Canada. We got great service from staff and the quality of the rooms, kitchen and two bathrooms in our 1 bedroom apartment was great. Only little minus is that parking only is offered in another Sonder two blocks away and if you have a larger car it can be kinda scary to use as it is very narrow parking garage. So maybe explore other parking options. "

"In a word : friction. The concept is self-serve, but the process is just poor. Checkin requires lengthy account creation, pass-port and face scanning, multiple and aggressive reminder emails and texts. Building access is through complicated codes on worn keypads. There is no front desk reception. No daily cleaning of rooms (and hence no coffee refills etc.). The building and rooms are nice. Nice gym. But the concept tries to minimise staff costs so much so, that it's just not a good...

"Dette er faktisk ikke et hotel med små lejligheder som studerende bor i til dagligt. Om sommeren er de tomme og derfor ledige for turister, hvilket er helt perfekt. "Hotellet" var super og havde en god morgenmad. Værelserne var store og lyse med masser af plads, og her var dejlig rent. I og med at det er en del af Uni, så ligger det også en stykke fra byen. Hvis man vil ind til de gode resturanter tager den 20 min at gå, og hvis man vil ind til centrum ca. 30 min at gå. Bussen stopper dog i også...
