"Great location if you are wanting to travel around Northern Michigan. Cute town with a convenient grocery store, Mammoth Distillery Lounge and great little pizza place. Check in was easy, but no personal communication from owners. Only automated messages. Unit could have been cleaner. There was sand on the floor and some laundry in the dryer which was strange. "Loved the location downtown and just a few minutes to the beach’"

"Great space and close to downtown"

"Beautiful condo. Great view. Great area. Easy check in. Very Quiet. "

"Very nice place to stay. The little town was fun and we had an enjoyable stay!"

We were well aware that this was inside of the typical timeframe where adjustments to our stay could be made, but the experience we had made us feel undervalued and ignored. There was a complete failure by the host to respond to any form of communication, including multiple phone calls/messages, texts and emails. What if we had been on site, dealing with an issue in our room/unit? The total...
