"There was no staff available and we could not have our fully paid and reserved rooms, we stayed for over an hour and called every possible number and no one responded. We were told by other guests that the staff leaves early many times and no one will be available to help you get your rooms.
We booked two rooms and we could not have keys so we had to drive all the way back from Kansas to Ohio without sleeping. Horrible experience, We will request a full refund."

"What a wonderful home, neighborhood and host. We had a very nice time. Home is very clean and well maintained. Communication was smooth and always available. Backyard was handily for our dogs. The layout of the home is great for 2-3 couples. Shopping for groceries and gas close by. You won’t be disappointed if you come here."

"The check in process was a challenge and I spend a significant amount of time just trying to check in and gain access to the property. The facility isn’t in the greatest condition either. The location is great, but that’s about it."
