We requested for a week to get a full refund when it shouldve never left my account because this property is not available. Getting any response from VRBO has been a nightmare. The home owner accepted my reservation, but knew the home was not suitable for people because "a tree fell on it". I have only recieved a confirmation for a partial refund when i never stepped foot into that home whem the home owner said...
