"First of all, the house is spectacular! It’s well appointed, comfortable, clean, and would be great for larger groups, too. It couldn’t have been any better for location, a block from the beach, short, walk to downtown, easy drive to great restaurants and wineries.The large patio in the back right on the river was a perfect place to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine.We will definitely be coming back to this lovely little spot."
