"This and many other hotels owned by similar owners have given the poorest customer service for online reservations. I ordered a room with a King sized bed, but was presented a room with two queens. They tried to make me pay twice even though I told them I paid through VRBO. That was an absolute fiasco. I could go on. It wasn't a nice stay. "

"When I arrived to check in there were no rooms available. I had messaged the VRBO owner to let him know that I would not be arriving until 11:30 pm and he said it would be fine. When i arrived the hotel was out of rooms and it was incredibly dirty. I have tried contacting the VRBO owner and he has said he will look into it. I had to pay an extreme amount to stay at another hotel on graduation weekend. "

"This is the place best to stay if you want to get away in the peace and quiet of rural Wisconsin. Larry and LuAnn greeted us with a warm welcome when we arrived, and it felt like we'd known them forever. The space was comfortable for the 4 of us, with ample room to make meals, lots of windows to see the beautiful countryside (and watch the storms come in!), comfortable beds...I could go on...a place to grill, a fire pit...Check-in and check-out was easy.
