"It was quiet and good area for stargazing . Owner and staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a flat tire and they were very helpful in being able to air it up. We plan to return for more stargazing. Got wonderful pictures of the Perseids meteor shower,as well as the Heart Nebula."

"This little place feels anything but little. It’s absolutely adorable! Clean, well maintained with plenty of space for your pet in the fenced yard. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The shower is big with good water pressure. The location is perfect. I will definitely be staying here again! Thanks Keri!"

"Our stay at Tree Top River Cabin in Center Point was absolutely fantastic. The cabin is beautifully decorated in an authentic Texas style, with so much attention to detail that it immediately feels warm, cozy, and special. The check-in process worked perfectly with the access codes, and communication with the host was always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Everything on the property is extremely well maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared. The cabin has all the equipment and amenities...

"The room was quiet and cool, exactly what I needed."

"Adorable little studio with sweetest, little private courtyard. Easy, convenient parking. FULLY stocked with anything you could need (I happened to forget my toothbrush and there was brand new one available, just in case). Ice machine works! Location is amazing! Minutes walk to downtown Kerrville which has awesome food, coffee, and shopping. 10/10! A must booking!"

"WiFi worked well so I got all my tasks done without interruption. No lag or dropouts at all."

"I’ve stayed in hundreds of STRs and this was by far the best. Will stay here as often as I can."

"Possibly the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at. -Immaculate guest house. -Especially spotless kitchen and bath. -Well appointed with all essentials and extras. -Comfortable bed, extra pillows and blankets. -Cari, the host never took more than a few minutes to answer my (endless) questions. Thank you for your patience :)-Even though the owners reside on the property, the way the guest cottage is situated makes it feel very private and secluded. **Best for last: the views from anywhere on...

"This was a perfect space for a family of 11. It was clean, peaceful, and comfortable. The host was proactive and friendly. It was a quick drive to downtown Fredericksburg. There was enough space to lounge and come together. The scenery was great and very private."

"The host was very responsive. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The location was perfect for my event that i was attending. Our standard poodle Ivy loved the back yard. We loved the fact that heat was available as the nights were quite chilly. Sme of the available VRBO homes did not have heat available. I would highly recommend the Kinsleigh House to other potential guests."

"Excellent property, very clean, well equipped and convenient."

"It was great! Perfect location! "

"Check-in and check-out were effortless, location is perfect. Mere steps to the river, coffee shop and convenience store across the street, pizzeria down the block, taco house 3 blocks away. All of it easy walking distance."
